The Blanco 2 cabin was nice, but could use a coat of paint inside.
Very sketchy Internet. Kept going out. All the front desk would say is, "it's a city wide problem." Huh?? Then, don't advertise WiFi.
Hot tub was a mess. Filled with leaves and not even warm.
Disappointed in our stay there.

My husband and I spent one night in the Waco Cabin on our travels during spring break. We fell in LOVE with the cabin immediately! The log cabin is decorated in a rustic hunting/fishing theme. The bed was very comfortable. My favorite part was the claw foot tub. Staff is friendly, cabin was neat and clean, and it's in a great, central location. The only downfall was that we stayed on a Monday night and the bar and restaurant are closed that day of the week. Overall, great stay!

My husband and I just returned from Boerne, Texas. We attended the George Strait Roping Event and booked a room at Ye Kendall Inn through Booking.com. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We stayed in the School House Building and our room was very clean and we liked the fact that it was secluded. We spent the evening at the Limestone Bar and Grill at the inn. Food was excellent and staff was amazing. Nick, our bartender, made the evening exciting with ghost stories and history of the town and inn. He recommended the Bear Moon Cafe for breakfast and we went the next morning. A must if you go downtown. We will defiantly be returning soon and staying at the Ye Kendall Inn. Thank you for a great experience.

We stayed in one of the cabins out back, the Lancaster. It has three rooms which was great for our family. Felt very rustic like a log cabin, but had central heat and a great shower. If you want something different, the cabins are great. You can walk the entire old town from here.

It was a very convenient facility for our function, but this place needs work. Staff was ok (Bar and kitchen staff very helpful), but 'infrastructure' was in rough shape, and in some cases (step downs from elevated bathrooms?) dangerous.

When we went to go to bed in our garden courtyard room we found a dead bedbug on the sheets under the pillow. It was after midnight & we didn't know who to call. After a complete inspection I found a lot of dust & cobwebs all around. It was disgusting. Will talk to management in the a.m.

I love old style B&B's and historic Inns. Ye Kendall Inn doesn't happen to be one of them anymore. I'm told the old staff was fired in a day and replaced with an untrained staff. My last stay there proved that information true. While I'm sure it's quite an undertaking to keep an Inn open these days, at least offer some type of stable atmosphere for your travelers. We found the management to be ungracious hosts. One of the gals yelled at my friend when he was unloading. Yelled?!! That doesn't foster a relaxed environment. The spa could be really a gem, but it's three flights up and the staff there is unorganized as well. I showed up for a 3pm appointment and their was no massage therapist there to give me a message. I had to wait over a half an hour while they called around to find someone to rush over. This was a booked, and confirmed appointment. Really?!! The woman who finally showed up was sub-par. For the price you pay, this shouldn't happen. While the location in Boerne is good, there are better places to stay. Or go up the road to Comfort. It's a much friendlier place.
