Yes, it's true, he's very picky. He works in Canton and eats lunch out nearly every day, and this is his favorite spot. The pork pastor is wonderful, and although we have lived in Texas all our lives, this is the first place we ever heard of this dish. That may be due to the long process involved in preparing it, but it's worth it. He always has a few serrano peppers with his tacos, along with conversation with the owner. We both recommend it highly.
