I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Cotulla, Texas with my family. I booked a stay at this hotel for Dec. 27 to Dec. 28. We stayed there one night by redeeming points for a free night, and everything went fine during the stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
However, if you’re going to stay here, please beware and double-check your bank account after your stay. Two days after I checked out, I noticed a $225.44 charge on my credit card, despite staying on a free-night the loyalty program. I talked with one of the employees, and was told that the fee had been reversed. I am still waiting for the refund almost a week later. I don’t know why the Holiday Inn Express in Cotulla charged my credit card without my authorization. This is very frustrating, and honestly it is a poor business ethics.More
