We booked a one-night stay through Hotwire.com at the Extended Stay Deluxe Dallas-Market Center at:

Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas75247
We planned a trip from KC to El Paso for the Sun Bowl, staying one night in Dallas. Our SWA flight was delayed from KC to Dallas so we arrived around 1:00 A.M.. The door was locked and the lights were off. We picked up the phone outside and spoke with a guy who came down shortly after to check us in. We had to be at the airport in four hours, so our stay was very short. The room was a little tired looking and dreary. The television made a wierd squeeking sound every time you walked around the room. The bathroom was very basic with only a bar of soap, no other amenities. The queen size bed was O.K.. The room had a small kitchenette which would be great for someone who was staying for several days and on a budget. I have included pictures.
We got a rate of $40.18 with tax through Priceline, so it was a pretty good deal, I guess. At least we got to take showers and get a couple of hours of sleep. There was no one around at 5:00 A.M. when we needed to check out and the doors were locked to the front lobby so we had to walk out the side of the building in the dark to the front to meet our cab. It was a little scary since an older car passed us as we were walking around to the front. They stopped and backed up, then turned around. We honestly thought we were going to get robbed since we had our "Mizzou" shirts on. We clearly looked like tourists. Our cab was late, so we had to stand out in front of the building for over 20 minutes since the doors were locked. I wanted to call the front desk attendant, but my husband did not want to wake him to come down and check us out. The car that had passed us came out in the front and stopped. They sat for several minutes, so I picked up the phone to call the attendant, but no one answered anyway. After a short time, a shady looking lady got out and started walking down the street, so we assumed she was a prostitute. The car left and we were relieved. My husband called later and checked us out over the phone.
Be careful with the cabs in Dallas. The cab co. that took us from the Dallas Love Airport to the hotel charged the two of us a flat rate of $18 to go about 6 miles. We called Yellow the next morning and they charged us by the mile, which ended up being much cheaper at $11 for both of us.
With the expense of the hotel and cabs, we probably would have been better off just staying at the airport since our flight was delayed and we had such a short time before our next flight, but we had already pre-paid for the hotel.
I would not stay at this hotel again due to the older accommodations and the area the hotel is in.
