I think the other reviewers have said it all quite eloquently. A master class in customer service that other hotels could take a lesson from. We felt pampered and important. No detail was ignored. We had a wonderful romantic weekend and will definitely be back for another "stay cation."

This small, stylish, downtown hotel is within walking distance of the vibrant Arts District, but a call to the concierge brings the House Car around to whisk you to any location within five miles. So when we were caught in a downpour, the car came promptly to our rescue, including mints in the console to further enhance the ride back. The lobby is dominated by two interlocking gears in constant motion, a long communal table, and art photos on the walls. The rooms are relatively small but exceptionally well appointed and organized to make the most of the limited space. The shower -- either rain or hand-held -- was exceptional. Service was quite professional. This is an excellent choice for a downtown hotel that is a bit out of the box.

what a hidden gem! This was our first stay at this hotel and they welcomed us at the front door with our names and told us happy anniversary. Then check in and bell boy took us to our room where he explained all the details of the room and hotel. Our room was amazing, very modern, and comfortable. we then headed up to see the pool we heard so much about. It is streached out past the end of the building and made of see through material so you can look down straight off the building. what a view! they have cabana lounges for you to relax in and if it is chilly they will bring robes to warm you. Not a detail is left undone. The food and beverage manager Mathew and his staff at the bar made us feel right at home. They explained all of their drinks and how they are made. All of their juices are hand made fresh daily. We didn't want to leave! Upon checkout the main manager even remembered my first name from the night before and welcomed me back in the future, that my friends is true customer service. Joule, congratulations on a job well done, see you soon!

This is a gem of a hotel and if you come to Dallas you are doing yourself a great disservice if you don't stay here. From the welcome by the bellman, to your welcome by the staff who check you in, you will feel like a star. We hosted a lunch and used catering, we hosted a breakfast and used the inroom dining and also ate at the restaurant one evening. Each meal was simply delicious. Make sure you try a home made poptart. The ability to have a car, people, it's a brand new Audi with all the bells and whistles you can imagine, drive you around a bit of Dallas, made us feel like celebrities. All the staff is very knowledgable about the hotel and surroundings. The rooms are stunning and if you get a chance, stay in a suite. WOW!

Room Tip: Loft suite was amazing.

Stayed at this hotel for couple weeks during a business trip. I must say this is not your usual 4-star hotel (Westin, Marriott, etc.). The customer service is Royal and the interior is fabulous.

Most of the rooms (unless you are upgraded) are a bit smaller than some other hotels, however the classy decor, location, service and uniqueness is something you won't find at much places.

Did I say complimentary shoe shine delivered to your room, turn-down service, valet within 5 miles.

Room Tip: Always ask for an upgrade, you never know when it's your lucky day!

I was really impressed with my room at The Joule. It was very up to date and modern. Also had private shower and separate toilet, which helped break up the space into something more like an apartment than a hotel room. It even had a separate desk area. The room was appropriately quiet and also able to stay very dark at night. Another nice surprise was the turn down service and chocolate - many high end places have cut back on those services. The price was very reasonable considering how nice the room and service were.

Room Tip: Corner room was nice
