We went to a concert at the gexa energy pavilion and knowing we would be hungry when we got back to our room we double checked to make sure room service would be available. It clearly states 10pm -6am. We called and no one answered so we called the front desk and were told that they ran out of food and staff for late night room service. My husband asked if there was anywhere else open to get a snack and we were told no. So went to bed hungry in a very nice hotel room.
