This park is a great place to ride. We rented a nice tandem bike from Red Star Bicycles. What nice people who run this shop. We really enjoyed meeting them, and they set the bike up perfectly for us!

The park is beautiful, very well maintained and the trails are fun. I'm a beginner and the blue trail was a great trail for my first ride. It's got plenty of easy spots mixed in with hills and step downs to a good feel for mountain biking. There's plenty of shade, a picnic area and a port a potty as well. It's a great place to get in a great workout. I can't wait to go back!!!

This is a nice trail designed for mountain bike riders. We hiked it for about an hour loop on an early Sunday afternoon in the middle of July at 100 degrees. There is lots of shade. The trail leads through wooded and open terrain. don't be shy to take the red trail, it goes through a slightly more hilly terrain which makes for a more interesting hike. If you are lucky, like we were, there won't be any mountain bikers. Due to the trail being narrow you can't go next to each other. You can reach the trail head within a few minutes from downtown Dallas just passed the Zoo.

Blue ( easy loop) great quick work out , about one hour , trails well maintained some roots some short climbs. Thank you to all that volunteer to keep it up. Nice place to ride. Red loop (intermediate - expert) some good climbs and some challenging ups and downs. If you are a newbie like me the blue will be fun after a while then try out some of the reds. KEEP the Shinny side up!!!!

It loses a star for safety issues. About 12 total miles of trails of varying difficulty with many bypasses for a shorter ride. Top tip, don't park by the broken safety glass at the trailhead, park in the shopping center down the street and ride in.
