Hotel Crescent Court
Ranked #49 of 206 Hotels in Dallas

My wife and I stayed at the Crescent for a relaxing weekend getaway. We selected it for its luxury, location, and reputation and it delivered! It was also competitively priced!!

The staff was courteous and friendly - not just at the front desk but the gym, the spa, the valet, the bartenders, everyone!

The location was great as we were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, and bars around McKinney Avenue and Cedar Springs and also hiked the Katy Trail for fun. There are nearby museums and parks, as well. There is also a Starbucks conveniently located in the hotel, which was very nice each morning.

The rooms were very nicely appointed with high-end amenities. We loved the french doors and opened them each morning while drinking our coffee to enjoy the breeze before it warmed up too much.

To totally spoil ourselves, we did a deep tissue "duet" massage and used the full spa facilities afterward - steam, sauna, hot tub, cold tub, showers, and even a juice bar. It was all fantastic and very relaxing before venturing out for more drinking and dining that evening.

It was a great 5 Star experience!

Room Tip: Higher floors have less noise from banquets or receptions.

I was fortunate to stay in of the hotel's suites. It is a two story with a spiral staircase, which doesn't make it cozy, but it does make it elegant and spacious. We had lovely room service and I always come to the Rosewood for breakfast, as it is the perfect location to indulge before walking down the pathway to shop at Stanley Korshak, one of my favorite stores in the world.

I stayed at the crescent for both business and family pleasure. The location is fantastic for business meetings as well as family outings to the museums and shopping. It is easy to walk to family restaurants, bars, coffee and shopping. The staff was extremely welcoming and new the area very well. The front desk manager was so well connected that it made the hotel feel like your own neighborhood. The pool great for the kids, but also having cocktails and enjoying the Dallas skyline. When the family is asleep upstairs it is easy to get away for drinks and a great dinner at Nobu with out having to leave the hotel. Highly recommend the crescent - the suite is well worth the upgrade.

Room Tip: The jr suites are absolutely beautiful and worth the extra spend.

I held a business event at the Crescent and was very satisfied with their service. They went above and beyond to make certain that everything was as we needed it. The room was top notch, even providing an umbrella just in case. It was nice to be within walking distance of the American Airlines center, plus they have complimentary car service (a nice Mercedes) that we utilized to get to Bob's Steak and Chop house (yummm). The spa was an extra special treat! To top it all off even all of the guests were super friendly, the niceness of the staff must have rubbed off on everyone.

The Crescent continues to combine the best facility in the best location with wonderful attention to detail. The staff is fantastic and always helpful. The spa is always a treat, and everyone is always pleasant. I always relax as soon as I arrive. They have an interesting selection of room types and the best lobby in Texas. Overall, it is the best hotel in any American city.

I loved the service and treatments at this spa! The atmosphere was clean and so relaxing! I will definitely be back for a facial and massage! This is the best spa in Dallas by far and a great place to go with girlfriends for a spa day!

The hotel and it's history are stunning. The staff is helpful and takes effort to learn your name and preferences. The room was very nice but for the price I did not see much difference from other hotels.
