This hotel is a city unto itself. However, everything within the walls is very expensive, and it's really not walking distance to anything meaningful. So, if you have a high budget (everything in the building food, drink and product wise is first rate), then this is a fantastic place to stay.

I loved this hotel. Its simply amazing. I paid $80 a night to stay at the best hotel ive ever seen personally. I would highly recommend to everyone. Its just breathtaking when you first walk in. My wife and I went with 1 other couple and all of us loved this place. It made me feel like i was in higher tax bracket! They did screw up our rooms at first but they fixed the problem right away. We were supposed to have a king bed and at first the room at double beds. So they switched our rooms no problem. Ad for the hassle they gave us free parking

Bring your walking shoes because this place is HUGE. Hilton Anatole is a great hotel decorated with beautiful and interested Asian art throughout the space. The staff is friendly and very help. I was here for work and the catered food is delicious.

For the price, the hotel was cheap, noisy, and had no plain food served n any of their restaurants. The Hilton Hotel chain certainly has slipped on quality in favor of quantity. For example, the toilet was a cheap, single ply.

We had prepaid reservations at an exceptional rate for the Hilton Anatole for 5 nights in an Executive Level room. The rate and room type were honored with no question. With access to the lounge for breakfast and evening snacks it was great. We had a corner room on the 25th floor with great views of the Trinity River Greenbelt Park (after the morning fog lifted). The Asian art was beautiful, the check-in and check-out were efficient and location was good for a few days in Dallas. Self parking is gated and was a bit pricy at $19 + tax ($20.57) per night, but there are few options. Other than the parking our stay was great.

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Anatole to go to Sparkle. The room was very nice, with a very comfortable bed. The customer service was non existent for a hotel of this caliber. I have stayed in several high end hotels in the Downtown Dallas area and this by fare had the worst customer service.

It took several bellhops 15+ minutes to find my bag. Not a pleasant experience with your airport shuttle coming any minute. Used Express Checkout, which initially seemed like a good idea. When I checked my credit card statement a couple of weeks later the amount did not match my check out statement. I realized that I had been charged $5.17 for mini bar water that I did not take. Even though it was a small charge Hilton decided not refund it. Very annoying and disappointing, especially as a Hilton Honors member.
