This is must visit when you are in the area!
Built out on a rock outcrop on a peninsula protruding far out into Lake Texoma the Restaurant and Bar overlook the largest area of the lake.
The view covers Grandpappy Point Marina where the old 'Preston Road/Trail comes to the shores, to almost the Dam to the east and a very long view down the lake to the west where the lake hooks to the south and there are many islands there.
The Sunsets over the lake are to die for!
But, the drinks are big, cold and made right the first time!
The food is a lot better then you would expect for a lake restaurant with a menu that covers all bases from burgers, steaks, to of course fish!
The staff is prompt, professional and friendly. Paying close attention to all your needs!
This restaurant caters to the young and old so everyone in the family can enjoy themselves.
You can drive right up to the door for dropping off your group or family and the parking is surprisingly convenient.
One point that is especially appealing to me is that you can motor up to their docks in your boat (any size or form, sailboats too), tie up your boat and walk up the short stairs to the restaurant or the beautiful decks outside that have live bands in the evenings and summer.
This a must visit even if your not a yachtsman or water-sports enthusiast.
