We stayed at this location two times in December in two different rooms. Both bathroom tubs had grout or calk that was badly cracked and clearly allowed water to seep behind the tile. This usually creates a mold problem that is unseen. The calk that was applied had cracked and was different colors. This was a substandard calk - silicone should have been used as it will not crack, however it is more expensive.

The lamp in one room has a bulb with a high pitched whine. We inspected the lamp and the socket for the bulb was coming apart.

Our last visit was on a night when the facility was not more than 25% full due to the proximity to Christmas. We reserved a king bed room and asked for a top floor, assuming no problem as the inn was almost empty. We were told that the only room available was on the ground floor. The hotel has only 4 king bed rooms in the entire hotel according to the attendant. Seems fishy. We were checking in late and would leave in the morning, so no extra complaining.

No luggage carts were available for our check in or our check out. According to the attendant, only two carts are available for the 79 room inn, and some people just keep them in their rooms too long. It seems to us that if this is a known fact, why not have more carts available. Other facilities seem to have carts available.

Love! The prices are fair for the hotel and it's in a safe town! This is officially our stopping place (unless they raise the prices!) love..................... You can tell they wash the duvets! Room is the freshest I've ever smelled!

I am a frequent business traveler and the Hampton Inn provides the best service I have experienced. Jesse and Doug know most customers by name and cater to all needs. They go above and beyond to keep customers returning again and again.

I stay at the hotel on a regular bases and have to complement the hospitality from Jesse And staff. Their service is top notch!! This is just a great place to stay. Next time you are in the Sherman Texas area, I highly recommend the Hampton Inn and Suites.

Doug and his staff make sure that your expierence and stay at this Hampton Inn will be the best. Great breakfast, great rooms that are never tired. A well kept hotel that sparkles! Breakfast is varied and fresh and remains while all others have concluded. You can always get fresh coffee or tea in the lobby too. Friendly, caring and professional all the way, always!
