Real nice hotel to relax and get some rest after driving from the other side of Texas. It was real quiet and the staff were very accommodating. Free breakfast which wasn't bad, free wifi. Manager came to our room to fix the ac unit. It was perfect the rest of the night. Thanks Rachel.

Room Tip: Go for the third floor

The room was very clean. Room was big enough but some what narrow.
The room was the last one available and had an in room spa, very nice and great for the sore muscles.
The price considering breakfast and the spa was included was very fair ($150).
The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were a nice change, most pillows are nothing but fluff but the these pillows had substance and would actually hold your head up.

The breakfast was simple, but has scrambled eggs and sausage, plus the basics fruit, yogurt, etc.

Would stay again.

Needed another hotel for a stopover originally in the area around Carlsbad, New Mexico but rates there were ridiculously high there (over 300 Dollars for a hotel with decent reviews), so we decided to continue our drive for another two hours and stayed at the Comfort Suites in Fort Stockton, Texas. Chose the hotel after checking rates and reviews and were not disappointed.

The hotel looks all in all a bit outdated because of the colours of the walls and the carpets but the suite was large, fairly clean and had really great and comfortable beds with thick pillows and linens that smelled really fresh. The bathroom was also ok, they had lots of towels. There also was a fridge and a microwave in the room.

Breakfast (included) was good, they had everything you need and would expect. So it turned out to be a good option to continue to Ft. Stockton for a stopover night on the road.

Room Tip: The suites with two queen beds are a bit larger than those with one King bed.

Booked a night here after checking Trip Advisor reviews. Found the place to be clean, comfortable, all that previous reviewers mentioned. Wouldn't mind staying here again. Comfort Inn and Suites used to be my go-to place until disappointments threw me into the Holiday Inn Express chain, but I have to say, I stayed at two Comfort Inn places on my current trip and found both to be very pleasant, especially the bedding.

Nice Hotel, clean and tidy. Wish the breakfast bar was a little bit more imaginative, and actually did close at 10. The lady had started shutting everything down about 20 minutes early to get a head start I think, so we missed out on the waffles and the eggs (bummer).

But the place is probably the nicest in Ft. Stockton, clean bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. And they have a nice little breakroom where you can buy snacks for the kids after hours if they get hungry (hot pockets, bbq sandwiches, sodas, etc...nothing too healthy, but it's vacation, so why not!)

All and all, this is a great place to stay when you are road weary and in the middle of nowhere TX.

Stayed one night after a long day on the road. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in/checkout process was fast. The breakfast was adequate, typical continental buffet. We would stay there again. Excellent hotel for the price.

Stayed one night in Fort Stockton after long day on road. Greeted warmly at desk. Pleasently surprised by size of room. Very clean; lots of space to place luggage. Very comfortable bed and nice bedding. Breakfast next AM was also a surprise. More available than in most hotels of this type. Very tasty. Again, greeted warmly. Access from west is really simple. From east, pay attention. Not typical. Will find similar exit in Van Horn, Texas.

Being picky, it would be nice if the TV which faces bed could swivel a bit so one could watch TV easily from nice sofa in room. Might matter if staying a number of days.

Room Tip: Fort Stockton has some nice views but they tend to be north/south and the hotel is laid out east/wes...
