i have stayrd at this location before and many others in the same area also hampton inns. i will be returning and staying loyal to this location particularly. the customer service is outstanding the people are very friendly and i know that the mgt team has pride in making a great stay for their customers.
they gave me free waters in check in when i initially offered to purchase them. i am not a gold member yet but this was much appreciated.
they upgraded my room for one night for free. i loved that small gesture so much i ended up staying an extra five days! i did not expect them to let me keep the room as a free upgrade but they did! i felt special for that.
i was able to extend my stay at the same price even though the prices had been slightly raised which they did not have to do.
the staff is friendly and says hello and look happy to be at work during the busy holidays
i asked about a laundry facility which they did not have but called back offering to wash my clothes for me! i have never had such a nice offer but refused i do know the staff is busy and for them to extend the offer meant the most!
i know these are not services given to everyone and should not be expected everytime but the efforts in customer service have won me over and i now only plan to stay at this location while in town. i typically stay seven days in fort worth every month!
i cant wait to return! i am thankful for the mgt team and the hard working employees business done right!
i would like to reiterate, the staff does the best they cn to accomodate their guests but some of the service i did receive should not be expected for everyone. do not come to the hotel expecting laundry services, free waters and upgrades, i believe that these were just personal touches the staff was able to make in a slower season. i do not want to misinform the public into thinking these are standard proceedures but my own personal experience.
