“Really Nice”

Esprcially since US Air is taking over AA this will preserve the heritage of what American irlines was. You can go there on a stopover at DFW if enough time. Its about 20 minutes each way from the airport to AA headquarters. Also hours may be limited so check first, think it might be volunteer staffed by AA retirees. But its worth the trip, really wonderful American aviation history.

“Very interesting”
Reviewed 9 May 2014

Great to visit for those who have never visited or for those who like to think about how air travel has changed. Admission was just $7 and included an IMAX type movie. Also have an original DC-3 that you can enter and sit in the seats and think about when it would take hours and hours to get from one place to another!

“Flying History at its best”
Reviewed 17 January 2014

My grandson loves airplanes and was very entertained. From the full size DC 3 to the modern 777 engines, it was very informative. All aimed toward the younger crowd but interesting to adults. If you fly a little or lot, you should go just to see the way things have changed.

“Cannot beat the info hre!”
Reviewed 3 November 2013

What an excellent venue, including the IMAX movie presentation. I don't really know what the admission price is (employees are free), but I love to try and go at least once year and see what has changed, updated, etc. Lots of hands-on exhibits if you have young ones, and always interesting scoop on many facets of aviation/history.

“Amazing - have a look in the DC3”
Reviewed 13 October 2013

This is one of those must go to places. It has an amazing behind the scenes experience of AA old and new. I loved the hanging models that all looked like they were in flight.
