We travel to Fredericksburg several times a year so that my husband can buy or sell sheep and sometimes goats. I, on the other hand, spend the time shopping. It's a win--win situation for both of us. I shop until 12:30 or so and then return to the auction barn to have lunch with my husband. The burgers are big and delicious. The BLT's are great also. We share an order of fries that are homemade and plentiful. They also have a menu of thick pork chops, smothered pork chops, hamburger steaks, beef stew with cornbread, spaghetti, sometimes meat loaf and other entrees. You have a choice of 2 sides and a dessert. We usually stick to the burgers and BLT's because we hit Mamacita's at the evening meal...... After our lunch, my husband goes back to the auction and I go back to shopping. It's a hard life but someone has to do it.
