Thank you, Joe for an amazing experience at your B&B. Tiffany and I had a wonderful time and you are to thank. We stayed in the Tilt and Kilt Cottage and everything was perfect from the wine in the room to the coffee cake. You do an excellent job of maintaining your property and ensuring every guest of an amazing time.

Also, I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy day to do a private wine tour of the area after the tour we were suppose to go on was full. That was the highlight of our trip and we will definitely be back for another round soon.

Thanks again for everything!!

John

Room Tip: Tilt and Kilt room has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

We recently stayed in the Humble Plum Cottage and loved it, our anniversary celebration was just perfect there.
The location could not have been better and the owner was friendly, we were provided coffee, cereal, milk, pastries and even orange juice in the kitchen.
The bed and pillows were very comfy and the bathrooms was clean and large. We even had a covered patio sitting area that was right out the front door but private.
We will definitely be back for future trips, and have told our friends how nice it was.

The All Seasons folks really know how to give you that personal touch of hospitality. The cottage was extremely cozy. We were close enough to downtown to walk, but far enough out at the edge of town to enjoy the ambiance of the quiet nights. We never had to worry about parking, home accommodations, or entertainment. Everything we needed for a peaceful retreat was provided. We were able to come and go as we needed, without feeling we were disturbing other couples.

The cottages and grounds are kept in prime shape. The linens were fresh and clean and the 'house'; bathroom, full kitchen, awesome coffee maker, flat screen LCD, porch - including 2 rocking chairs, were all top of the line and in perfect maintenance.

Each year 10-12 of the girls in my family get together in Fredericksburg, we stayed this year at All Sesason's Main Street Retreat cottages and it was perfect!! Just the right amount of space for everyone to have privacy and also group together for wine and talking!! Location to the shopping area was fantastic, can t wait to go back next year!!

We stayed in the Halfpenny Cottage and thought it was charming. Very chintzy decor, but somehow it worked!
We only stayed for one night, but would have been happy to "set up camp" for a bit longer. We chose to go on a wine tour the day that we arrived (which Joe kindly arranged) so decided to have a night in with another bottle and a "picnic". The cottage is fine for this - you don't feel that you are spending an evening in your bedroom.
Nice bathroom with good quality toiletries.
The outside space would certainly lend itself to a group taking over the cottages and sharing a barbeque. However, it was very quiet when we stayed mid-week in October.
There is car parking on-site.
Breakfast is provided in the room and it is great! Fresh fruit salad, orange juice, sinfully sticky pastries, cereal and freshly ground coffee.
The only slight negative is that it is not easy walking distance to restaurants / town. Hence our decision to picnic following the wine tour!

Great stay at the carriage house on my birthday. Love this property, would be great for a group of friends, there are alot of outdoor tables to hang out together. Joe, thank you for another great stay!

Room Tip: Cottages at the back preferable, less road noise.

If Fredericksburg is your wedding destination the Inn for All Seasons properties offer the perfect inventory of spaces for wedding party accommodations. The bridal party and family stayed at the Inn for All Seasons - Main Street and thoroughly enjoyed the quaint but well appointed cottages (including the delicious strudel and coffee and the exceptionally comfortable beds and beautiful bath products!). There was lots of space in the Vicar's Room bath for hair and makeup on the wedding day for all the girls - we had a ball! The groom's party was just a few blocks away at the Inn for All Seasons - Downtown Retreat which is more of a modern, masculine upscale motel with a neat pool. The bride and groom spent their wedding night in the amazing Circle J Cottage - 10 miles out of town. Joe Cloud the proprietor was a partner with us during all of the wedding planning. He offered advice about local vendors and assisted us with arrangements from our pre-wedding dinner at August E's, rehearsal dinner and dessert party at Boot Ranch, brides brunch at the Fredericksburg Herb Farm, grooms brunch at the Ratskeller, and wedding under the stars at Becker Vineyards. It was a dream wedding weekend and we are so grateful to Joe for all his expert advice. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in his properties and experience his hospitality!

Room Tip: All of the rooms are cozy and comfortable! Enjoy!
