When I made the reservations I asked for downstairs rooms as we had 3 diabled people with us. 2 disabled veterans 1 handicapped person who relys on a cane checked in at 2 all rooms upstairs. The two people behind the counter tells me sorry no elevator!!! WHAT!!! How am igetting disabled people up the stairs, pretty much told my problem not theirs. Oh BTW Memorial Day weekend thanks for the respect for our veterans. The girl behind the counter could have cared less if I had thrown my room keys at her head! Worse customer service ever.. Called customer hotline they did nothing... to make it worse it strted pouring down rain. This was an accident waiting to happen... All I can say is a bunch of morons running this property... offered no creative solutions to my issues and really did not care... will never stay here again and frankly for the price its not worth it!
Very outdated - paint, furniture, appliances. Very dirty. Bedspread and bedding were disgusting. Carpet was new. Holes in sheetrock.
For the money, this is a great value. We paid less than $60.00 per night. Close enough to walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and actually very quiet for being on Main Street. We booked this motel last minute when we discovered our favorite guest ranch cabin was booked. I would stay here again.

i wish all super 8 were pet friendly with no additional charge/we would stay at super 8 instead of la quinta/we stay la qinta quite often im a gold member//talk too corporate make accomodations business will improve I be knowin//wise choice/sincerely RON POST
