My wife and I felt so welcomed and comfortable right off the bat. Marsha's hospitality is amazing. The room was very clean and contains all the amenities that you would find in a high quality hotel suite. The bedroom contains a fireplace for great ambience. The location is excellent. Short walk to beautiful downtown Fredericksburg. The breakfast is to-die-for! We have found the perfect B&B experience.

The Corner Cottage B&B provides the perfect romantic getaway without breaking the bank. Marsha is truly the Paula Deen of Fredricksburg Texas! We were beyond pleased with everything from her delicious cooking to her good ol' southern hospitality. After the first night, you feel like you're family. We are overworked city slickers (born and raised in Houston) so this was the cherry on top on our country relaxation vacation. We will definitely return!!

We stayed one night in Twiggley's Tree House and could not have been happier. It truly had everything you could hope for in a bed and breakfast. The owners were charming, sweet an very friendly (made me feel like I was visiting my Grandma). The full service breakfast was excellent. The room was spotless, quiet and smelled great. The jacuzzi tube was huge. And most important it was all little things that really made you feel like you were taken care of. The amazing cookies in your room when you get there, free sodas, candy and popcorn and tea, movie selection and a seemingly bottomless pitcher of peach iced tea on the front porch. I can't wait to visit again and recommend to others. Thanks!

Thanks to Marsha and Rick for a delightful stay at the Corner Cottage. October was a perfect time to visit Fredericksburg, but anytime would be a perfect time to stay at the Corner Cottage. My wife and I loved it. The room was romantic...loved the fireplace and jacuzzi! Every detail was taken care of...fridge re-stocked, yummy cookies and drinks. The peach tea on the front porch is a must! Peaceful setting with only a short walk to Main street for shopping and dining...but save room for the amazing Butter Pecan French Toast in the morning! Can't wait to go back one day...thanks again Marsha (your stories were fun too!) Tom & Melissa

Restful, relaxing & rejuvention after the Austin conference.
Soak in the jetted tub with a glass of complimentary wine and unwind. You'll find a stocked refrighator of other drinks and homemade cookies. Wake up to a gourmet
breakfast with Marsha's own delicious Pecan French Toast. Don't forget to try the hammock.
Step back in time shopping the antique stores, lunch at a quaint tea room, sight seeing the town.
The Corner Cottage is like visitng your grandmother's, everything but the goodnight kiss, bring
your own.

My husband and I just spent two nights in the Blue Moon Hideaway and we loved it! I am crowning Marsha the "Paula Deen" of Fredericksburg. Her delicious recipes, bubbly personality and outstanding hospitality will make you feel right at home and her husband, Rick, is so sweet, too. While we were out shopping, Marsha straightened up the rooms, emptied our trash, restocked our 'fridge, brought fresh towels (and took away the old) and brought MORE homemade cookies!! Awesome! The breakfasts were HUGE and so delicious. Many of the bed and breakfasts in Fredericksburg are now going to a breakfast "voucher" (what's up with that??), but not here....at Corner Cottage, you will get a full breakfast of eggs, bacon, pancakes or stuffed french toast, fruit cup, choice of juices and lots of fresh coffee! Relax on the porch swing...I miss you already, George! (the resident black cat)...or feel like a kid again and swing under a huge tree...or just relax in the nearby hammock. Set on a quiet corner, it's an easy walk to town. I have stayed in many bed and breakfasts throughout the country, but this one is going into my "top two" for sure!! Thanks, Marsha and Rick....we will be back again!
