“Fun and met expectations!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 July 2014

Legoland was great fun for our 9 year old and for us seeing her adventure unfold. All the kiddos received a souvenir Lego. The rides had cute themes and there were 3. Two could be ridden with adult companion. All adults must be accompanied by a child. There were several fun play areas. The miniature exhibits were incredible! My favorite experience though was the 4D cinema! My daughter also enjoyed the stamping available in each area that leave an impression on paper. You can purchase for just $4 an activity book on a lanyard in the cafe that has a spot for the stamp impressions. This was a great souvenir that she had a lot of fun with. My daughter's very favorite was shopping at the end. All in all it was a fun afternoon. Took us about 2&1/2 hours. If you make reservations ahead you get timed admission and skip some waiting but don't be late. Late on your timed admission and you go to untimed tickets but that's still faster than buying at the door. Have fun with your builder!

“great for preschooler”

Get the 10am pass so the kids get to use all the lego stations without waiting in long lines. Nothing for parents to go here so one parent is plenty to accompany a child. Plenty of activities for boys and girls who are below the age of 6.

“Great Place to Take the Kids”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 July 2014

I took my granddaughter, who was visiting, to LEGOLAND yesterday and she had the time of her life. The interactive things for her to do kept her busy and entertained for a couple hours.

Word to the wise. Don't just walk up to try to get in. I heard folks doing that around 1:30 in the afternoon and they were sold out for the rest of the day. It is also more expensive to walk up. Go to the internet and buy your tickets ahead of time. Simple process. They you have a reservation for an exact time and you pay less.

“Great for kids and the young at heart”

My kids and I loved this place. Book atleast a day ahead of time or you will most likely be given a time to come back due to long lines. We bought the combo ticket for Lego Land and the aquarium so we killed time before we went in to Lego Land by seeing some marine life.

“Kids liked it but we won't be back”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 July 2014 via mobile

We took our daughter here on her birthday. Oddly we were the only ones in line on a rainy Wednesday so we waited behind a Line with the attendant until our entrance time. We then waited for the doors to open for 20 minutes to actually get in and watch the employees fail miserably on a canned speech. Once we were finally in, our kids had a blast. I will say it was probably as light if a crowd as possible and we still stood in line 20 minutes to ride the cars. The actual Lego land is small but fun for kids. The 3d movie was a hit! The 2 small rides were fun too. The rest was pretty chaotic. We watched kids beating each other over Lego wheels and other little kids attempt to sing karaoke in a broken microphone. Make sure you bring socks. Glad we can mark it off the list but this is a major tourist trap that is too much money for what it's worth. This place is in need of a major scrub down. It smells like the inside of a fast food play land.

Hi and thank you for your review.

We are very glad to hear that your children enjoyed their visit to our attraction. We are sorry to hear you had a longer than expected wait time in our admissions area.
The factory show takes only 7 minutes, so those in the pre-show area waiting for their factory show should wait no longer than 7 minutes. There is a little bit of a lag time sometimes for different instances, but we work very hard to ensure we aren't running over the 7 minute limit as to not keep our guests waiting.

Again, we are glad to hear your kids enjoyed their visit and hope to see you again soon.
