If the name sounds familiar, this outpost used to be on Hwy 26 in Colleyville. Go in and visit with owners Steve and JoAnn - great friendly people offering some excellent choices of tamales. See their menu for a good variety from pork and chicken to black bean/cheese or feta/spinach to cinnamon/raisin/apple. Good stuff!
You'll also find a booth at Grapevine Farmer's Market -- Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 8 AM - 4 PM (April through October)
They have certain selections heated and ready to eat, but most will have to be heated at home. If you know what you want beforehand, you could call ahead and I'm sure they'd have them ready for you when you arrive. Either way, it's a take-out establishment - no tables or chairs.
In addition to the tamales, they have jarred chili, salsas, chips as well as jams and jellies.
(the chicken poblano is really good and the habenero (spicy) pork is VERY hot. My favorite is the pork with hatch chilis when in season. They're the real deal, made with lard. Pretty tasty. Most others are made with vegetable oil.)
