“Great Club for above 30s”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 July 2014

This night club is located on the premises of the Gaylord Hotel in Grapevine, TX and entry to people stay at the Gaylord is free.

It is a large place with a very big dance floor and they usually have some bands playing. They also have a great outdoor seating overlooking the lake.

Though most of the crowd is 30s and above, the place is very active especially on Saturdays. Do try their Sushi.

“Great music... not so great drinks”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 July 2014

We enjoyed the evening. The drinks were about as expensive as I expected but the bartenders didn't seem to know how to make drinks very well. All in all we had a good time because of the people and the band. The Molly Ringwalds were playing and did amazing! It was a $10 Cover charge plus parking at the Gaylord so it was a bit on the costly side but we would do it again for sure.

“fun place to dance”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 June 2014

We visited the glass cactus after dinner to dance with friends. It has a large outdoor patio on a lake (too dark to see it, but would be great for late afternoon drinks!), and a large dance floor. The music targets the mostly 40+ crowd, so lots of people do dance! All the tables near the dance floor are prepay for $100 or $350 minimum, so if you don't get one of those, there is really no where to put down a drink or purse. at 9:30 when we went in, it was a $10 cover. So, pack light, wear comfortable shoes, and have fun!

“" An evening of fun"”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 June 2014

Drinks aren't cheap, but you're paying for the atmosphere" at this "classy" (yet "sassy"), multi-tiered "upscale" nightclub for Gen-Xers, boomers, "cougars" and out-of-towners at the Gaylord Texan on Lake Grapevine; some feel service could be better, but "awesome" cover bands and "great '80s nights" make for "fun dancing", and "wonderful" dual lakeside decks provide respite for those "wishing to escape the noise", though you need to arrive early if you want to grab a table.
