“Usually a good time”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 March 2013

The food and service are almost always very good. We've only had a couple of times when the food was not quite up to standards or the wait staff was not attentive.

“Great atmosphere, service, high quality food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 February 2013

This Carrabba's is a family favourite. We love the experience, service, and the food. I have tried the Pasta Weesie and the Seafood Pasta. It comes with a free soup and bread. The Italian lentils soup is a little spicy, with some sausage, and delicious. The pasta is fresh and tasty. The service is fast and accurate. One of my favourite restaurants in the Grapevine area.

“Excellent date restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 January 2013

We've been fans of Carrabba's since they opened in Houston. The location in Grapevine keeps the great food and service. We're not big on taking the kids there, but enjoy it for date nights and special occassions. Good wine selection, too.

It can get pretty crowded, so we suggest you call to check wait times before heading there.

“Overpriced for mediocre food and small portions.”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 January 2013

We went with a group on a Saturday at noon, there were maybe two other tables full. That should be enough review, and I should have walked out at that moment!
It is extremely expensive for small portions of low quality food. It honestly wasn't even mediocre on taste. I'm not a huge fan of Olive Garden but I would go there in a heartbeat over this place.

“usta be good”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 October 2012

For a long time this was on our short list of "go to" restaurants when we were too busy to cook. When the mussels arrived, I noticed that many had not opened and the rest were rubbery and difficult to eat. The sauce was also of poor quality. I should know since I have had that dish there many times. We also ordered a mixed seafood dish that was disappointing. The portion was not enough to feed even a small child. After discussions with the server, all he could offer was that there was a new chef who needed time! With dozens of similar restaurants nearby, such as Olive Garden, I doubt we'll ever go back.
