“Lots to do!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 November 2013

Downtown Grapevine offers something for everyone. There are lovely boutique shops, excellent restaurants, several wineries, coffee shops, plus there are several festivals each year. At Christmas there is a light-show at the Gazebo with coordinated music that plays. They have the North Pole Express from Thanksgiving through Christmas which will entertain and amaze young and old!! Just a great family atmosphere!!!

“Pleasant Surprise”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 November 2013 via mobile

I am from the east coast on a business trip and arrived early. Looking for a place to stretch my legs and get a bite to eat. Historic Grapevine was a pleasant surprise. Very quaint and historic Texas town. Nice shops. Great restaurants. I am staying at the embassy suites for 4 nights and will probably eat their every night. So often on business you are stuck in hotels eating hotel food. Nice to be near a real town for a change

“Family vacation”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 November 2013

Very nice little area for family and friends to get together and stroll. Start at one end and go up the street and come back the other side. Many shops, wineries, and food establishments to keep you busy for a few hours. Definitely wear comfortable clothing and foot wear as you will be walking quite a bit, and in and out of stores. Bring a large tote bag to put all of your smaller bags into.

“Nice slice of an ole town”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 October 2013

Periodically visit Main Street...especially when we have visitors in town. There are a number of stores/shops to wander into and Grapevine has an annual festivals which are visited by thousands. Their summer wine festival and Christmas holiday festival are a must see. There are a few good restaurants too.
