Very helpful and friend staff made this stay very nice indeed. We arrived late (or early depending on your view of time, 1am) and having a well stocked pantry helps at that hour when all else is closed.
Room was clean and the beds felt great. Low noise and the constant fan being able to run makes for a good sleep session. The free Wifi worked good and the extra $ spent on the enhanced wifi was worth it.
Thanks again I'll make sure to stay there when we return.

We stayed in this hotel before a Princess Cruise on January 31st. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious.
The front desk staff was awesome, particularly Lauren! Due to connection issues in Atlanta, our luggage was delayed overnight! Lauren arranged for us to be driven to the airport to meet the flight that our luggage was on and arranged for a taxi with an excellent driver to pick us up at the airport once we had retrieved our luggage! She made a stressful situation much easier than it could have been! She even arranged for the hotel shuttle to take us to Walmart so we could pick up a few items just in case our luggage did not arrive!
Many thanks to you Lauren and to the rest of the staff who took pity on us!

This is a very hospitable Courtyard. They were full to capacity the night before boarding our cruise ship at the newly opened Houston port. The staff was quick to please. They served rather quickly in the bistro. They got cabs there in a hurry and offered great dini g tips. The beds are comfortable and the housekeeping staff kept everything clean!

I stayed here because I had no where else to go. A friendly gentlemen at the front desk was very helpful. His name I believe was Calvin. He was very attentive and very generous in making sure I had everything I needed even though he had been injured recently. He helped me get in touch with a cab driver who was very nice and took me everywhere that the shuttle did not provide transportation to. The shuttle driver (Aurora) took me to eat and had very good conversation. Hotel was very clean and quiet during my 2 days there. Calvin made the best of the situation for me and should be deemed "Ambassador as he knows all of the hot spots and good places around Houston.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the B side of the hotel facing courtyard.

The room was clean and really quite nice. The bathroom was very clean. That is not what set this hotel apart in our minds...it was the service. Because of the unexpected influx of people from an early arriving cruise ship (which we were on) the hotel shuttle was running very slowly. The manager, Alberto Hernandez, saw that we had been waiting a while and decided to personally shuttle us to a long term parking lot to retrieve our car. He had plenty to do, i'm sure, but he chose to serve us in this way. And, he did it with a very pleasant attitude and a beautiful smile!! It is wonderfully refreshing to get this kind of service. Thank you, Alberto!

Stayed here for one night after returning to Bayport Cruise Terminal early. Room was paid for by Princess Cruises. Comfortable room and beds. Room temperature was easily adjusted to a cool 63 degrees. Thermostat limiter easy to override, typical Inncom unit. Shower pressure was great, with plenty of hot and cold water. Front desk staff including the General Manager were very friendly and welcoming. I was a bit concerned about the fencing and gates for the parking lot. (Never a good sign!) No problems with overnight parking. True, not many "upscale" restaurants, but the shuttle quickly whisked our party of eight to a nearby Pappa's BBQ for a hearty lunch. The shuttle appeared quite new.

I would stay here again, but be sure to hide any and all valuables when parking.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the interior courtyard have the better view.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our hotel. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We appreciate your assessment of the guest room. We enjoy seeing guests discuss our strengths to other viewers. We are glad we had the pleasure to serve you and we met your expectations. I do apologize that you were not completely comfortable with our fence. We are along a major highway, so the fence distances us from the highway hustle. Thank you for choosing Marriott and we hope to welcome you in the future.

Regards,
General Manager

Good hotel. Great Lobby and good clean rooms at reasonable rate and convent to Hobby Airport.
Good service with the shuttle service transporting us to a local shopping center and to a local restaurant.
