“it is big with a lot to do!”
Reviewed 10 April 2012

I highly recommend Herman Park to everyone! The park is huge and highly easy to get to. Those who complain about parking need to understand that you can park anywhere along the streetcar train route and take it to the park as the park has 3 different stops. In addition, there are many things for your kids if you have them, or many things for adults to do. Best of all, it is free!

“Pretty, but a little scary sometimes”
Reviewed 8 April 2012

Hermann Park has nice trails to walk or jog on around the golf course. They can be a little scary at times because they are more hidden from view and there are not always a lot of people around. Go with a friend during daylight hours and it's a nice place to take a walk or get some exercise.

“Parking is awful!”
Reviewed 4 April 2012

Parking is awful and the park can get very crowded. Makes it hard to visit the zoo when they share a parking lot.

Nice place for a picnic, kids like the playground and train. Next door to the zoo and museum district. Great area for families.

“Make it a Picnic!”
Reviewed 30 March 2012

Tons of green-space to relax over a nice picnic. Bring your frisbees, footballs, kites, etc...
