I stayed one night at The Westin Memorial City for a business meeting. The room was $329 per night and parking and internet were extra. I knew I would have to pay for both parking and internet--I just find it interesting a hotel of this caliber charges for these. I have stayed at various hotels--Seattle, Green Bay, and Denver and no charge for these services.
The front desk staff at check-in were all business not too friendly. The next morning the ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful. They saved me from paying a parking fee again--I had already paid the hotel and could leave my car until I left my meeting.
The valet staff were friendly. I did not use the service; however, one staff member came to my aid when I was having difficulty leaving the garage.
I would recommend it for convenience but costly.
