The ambiance was perfect for a romantic dinner. My boyfriend and I went for Houston Restaurant Weeks and we genuinely enjoyed our time there. We sat at the Chef's table facing the kitchen so we were entertained by all the action, and we even had enough elbow room to comfortably enjoy our dinner. Our favorite dishes were the escargot for appetizer, roasted pork filet mignon for the entre, and dessert was a tie; but I will say that you must like chocolate if you opt for the chocolate mousse. They also have a notable wine list. Service was exemplary and Executive Chef Jacques Fox was going from table to table making sure everything was great. Overall, we had a wonderful time. We would love to go again, even if just to enjoy a glass of wine.
