“Deserves its four star rating.”

Excellent food, good variety. Truly professional staff. Pasta, lamb, breakfast were all good. There isn't any breakfast buffet, but service was fast.

“Very nice dinner.”
Reviewed 12 September 2013 via mobile

Had dinner at Quattro during a convention visit to Houston with a group. Our waiter was fantastic! Dinner started with a complimentary chef's tasting of a mushroom and corn dish with mushroom crema foam. Delicious! I ordered a caprese salad that came with fantastic buffalo mozzarella and tasty greens (average tomatoes) in a delicious balsamic vinaigrette. I had Ossobuco on Gorgonzola polenta which was very tasty. With a glass of Cava, my dinner was about $70. Overall, a very nice dinner.

“Good food and views, average service”
Reviewed 5 August 2013

Good restaurant inside the Four Seasons. I ate 2 meals there on a recent stay. Food was very good and the place was clean with good views. Only thing I noticed was the service was really not up to standard, throughout. It was nothing exceptionally bad; it just seemed slow and apathetic, like everyone was thinking about something else. Other than that, the food and atmosphere match the price and brand.

“Sunday brunch at Quattro now has a charcuterie station!”
Reviewed 5 August 2013

We love to go to brunch at Quattro and went there today to celebrate an anniversary. I normally start with the seafood room (raw oysters, crab claws, shrimp, mussels, and lots of salads), but noticed the table with all of the cheese, crackers, and cold cuts on the way back to our table. That became plate number 2. We asked the waitress when this feature had been added, and she said about 4 weeks ago. The price is the same (about $55 per person which includes champagne, etc.). There is still the breakfast area, the soup selections, the carving stations, and the fabulous desserts! Excellent service!

“Sunday brunch is "the bomb"”
Reviewed 28 July 2013

The amount of food, the number of choices and the quality is beyond my ability to describe - in a very good way. Each station is beautifully laid out and I really like being able to go into the kitchen. And - the service is outstanding!
