This is a great place to experience Texas for those of us that do not have the good fortune of living there, although it is somewhat expensive.
Ate an early dinner that consisted of their Cowboy Steak, which I picked out and tagged myself in their kitchen, and shared with my wife as it was huge. Tasted great, and keep in mind that I do not know a lot about steaks living in the north east.
They have a great salad bar with the fixins to go along with it. We both dug in and with the steak left very full.
The steakhouse was already decked out for Christmas and although huge still felt very intimate due tho the number of small rooms, if that is possible.
We never felt rushed by our waiter, which goes to college there, but when we left, there were a LOT of people waiting to gorge.
