Everyone was helpful and/or smiling. The rooms were quiet and a two year old child, they provided a crib. Nothing but the best! When using the pool, the employees set up the lounge chairs and cold water was waiting for us at the table.

Room Tip: If you need anything don't hesitate to ask. We needed an extra refrigerator, and they accommoda...

We stayed at the Four Seasons for three nights. Rooms were very quiet and beds comfortable. The service impeccable! It is in walking distance of many restaurants as well as the theater district and the aquarium. Lounge chairs at the pool area were comfortable and cold water was always on hand for you. Salt water pool was very refreshing. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

As a Brazilian, I can say it was great watching the games at the Four Seasons. I'm staying in Houston during the World Cup, and I was worried about finding a good place to watch the games. At the Four Seasons not only was I able to watch the games on their nice TV's, but I could also drink Brazilian caipirinhas and have traditional Brazilian snacks, like churrasquinho, grilled cheese and empanadas (in Brazil this is called rissoles). Everything tasted like what we eat in Brazil, and the caipirinhas were perfect!!! I felt really happy for having chosen the Four Seasons to watch the games: the food was great, the drinks were perfect, and they have very nice large screen TV's were we can watch the games well and see all the details!!!

Great service as usual with Four Season. Excellent service in restaurant..
Great beds…quiet suite. Really nice menu for breakfast. No gift shop, but they are going to remodel the whole hotel they told us.

Room Tip: They said they were going to remodel.. Could use a little updating...

We received friendly and convenient services by the receptionist, concierge and transportation. Receptionist was so friendly to identify me from the latest stay. Concierge answered with details my question about the restaurant we wanted and recommended for us to use transportation service. Porters were so friendly with kind communication to take us to the nearest restaurant. Location was good for us to go to the destinatios from the hotel.

Popped in with my girlfriend for a little staycation and was surprised to see the pool packed. It was Saturday and I just didn't expect it. However, we were thrilled to find nice chairs with plush towels. The music was nice, modern and ambient. It was a hot afternoon, so the misters were very pleasant. We also met some nice folks at the pool.

The servers in the pool bar whipped up fantastic frosty mango margaritas that hit the spot and kept us refreshed. And the room? It was perfect - all the amenities and nice and cool.

We had a great time at the USA Rugby match at the downtown soccer stadium and enjoyed Lucky's Sports Bar before and after. End the night with a martini at the downstairs lobby bar.

Cheers!

Room Tip: Just across the street, enjoy Phonecia Specialty Foods for excellent meals and snacks - and a great...

We had a fantastic stay and everything was fab! The rooms were really nice and our suite was gorgeous! We ate at the Quattro restaurant and they had a special theme for our friends' birthday dinner! And the service was fantastic!
