The management of this hotel has given no satisfaction in refunding room charges for my daughter's stay. She paid for a room, went into the room and saw bugs and went back to the front desk. After returning the key to the clerk, this person indicated that a refund could not be processed until the following day when the manager was in. After numerous phone calls to the hotel over the last week,the manager indicated that in order to give a refund they must check the room for bugs, a "policy" that was not explained to my daughter. This is bad business.
