This is the average airport hotel, good for one night and an early flight. When I stayed the phones were not working at all. AC is loud, and not all the time working correctly. The Ice Machines were not working but a few more steps all the way to the front desk and they will give you some ice from their Ice Machine. Bathtubs, are in not the best conditions, if they were to upgrade them, at least do the job correctly and not just patch it.

We needed a room for 6 hours as we had a very early morning flight.

The staff was friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The bathtub had some strange white paint on it. On closer examination, it looks like they filled in the holes of what looked to be a repurposed jetted tub. The water was hot. It was less than a 10 minute drive to return the rental car.

We got what we paid for so no complaints.

The room was just okay. The beds were fairly comfortable, but the television had very few working channels and most of them, were sports channels. The air conditioning was okay, but it was very loud.
There did not seem to be any ice machines that worked, so we always had to go to the front desk for ice. This was fine, until the front desk ran out of ice!! We ended up having to go to a grocery store to buy it. Also, for two days in a row, the water was turned off midday for a couple of hours. Yuck!!
Breakfast was the typical fair. We did have dinner, at the on site restaurant and the BLT's and fries were good.
The pool was nice, very warm, but enjoyable just the same.
The whole place looked tired and worn out. It is in dire need of a renovation. Not having basics like running water and ice, are just not acceptable.

Don't believe your first impression of this hotel. The lobby is bright and clean upon first look...BUT...look closer! The lobby restroom hosts broken toilet seats, the furniture is dirty and worn, and the corridors are dark, dreary, and dirty. Surveying the lawns of this hotel, we could not help but notice that the grass had not been mowed, the sidewalks were dirty, and trash and debris were scattered around the hotel. When we first arrived, we were met by an extremely polite front desk attendant. We had arrived early and were told there was only one room available. We decided to take that room....way, way, way down a narrow, seemingly endless hallway. As we opened the door to this room, we were met by an overwhelming stench of mold. There were numerous large, painted over spots on the ceiling where the black mold had eaten through and was no longer "hidden". The plugs were missing covers, the lighting was quite dim, the carpet was torn and extremely dirty! Because we literally could not breathe, we were forced to request another room. After waiting about two hours, we entered the second try at a stay with this Ramada Inn. This room was very close to the lobby area and wow!...what a difference! It was well-lit, clean, seemingly larger, and did NOT have any moldy smell! So, moral of this story...Do NOT agree to take a room down the scary, snaky hall!
Despite the first encounter with the "Room at the End of the Hall", the staff remained very courteous and understanding. (There's always good guys in every horror flik!)
