YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! Cheap price = Horrible, horrible customer service, walls with cracks, door with broken lock (You could just push the door open - no key needed)...Front desk personnel was SO rude -- Apparently, no customer service skills needed. They were also annoyed by me, because I asked for a broom so I could sweep the dirty floor myself. They kept yelling in a foreign language (obviously about me) when I asked to switch rooms. We paid in advance, and they wouldn't switch my room because the other was already reserved, supposedly. We've learned our lesson, and will pay a bit more for a better place next time. Our hideaway weekend was ruined. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!! I SINCERELY SUGGEST YOU NOT TO STAY HERE!!

I rarely give a bad review - I usually read Trip Advisor reviews before booking so I don't book nasty places. Didn't read the reviews...
The good: receptionist was very pleasant, the bed linen was clean, the price was "low", and access to Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and freeways is good.
The bad: The bathroom was disgusting - walls, door, toilet tank, floor were all dirty (OLD dirt); no running hot water in the sink; barely hot water from the shower; no drain stoppers, bathtub was dirty (and non-slip material had worn away), toilet bowl was grey with dirt, bathroom door jamb had graffiti. Rough parking lot. No alarm-radio; broken lamp; ancient TV with no remote (but the TV did work); no Wi-Fi; no coffee/tea maker in room; weird furnishings - huge space for hanging clothes but no hangers. I could go on - but what's the point?

Room tip: Don't go there.

My husband and I lived there last year, and the hotel is overpriced for what you get for an extended stay hotel. You only get a room with a microwave and refrigerator, you have to ask for you room to be cleaned and fresh sheets and towels which they sometimes don't even give you. The Wifi only works on the front side of the hotel sometimes. Our room flooded from the pipes bursting and only got my room comped because I didn't have anywhere else to stay and had to beg for another room. They didn't offer any compensation for my things that had to be washed due to them getting wet. Don't stay here!!!

This place needs a revamp. It's super close to George Bush airport (IAH) so that's a real plus. The night porter Dave (?) was super friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The breakfast was basically cereal and errrr... that's it.

There's not much more to say, it's somewhere where you stay the night and think wow! You didn't know places this run down had been left open to the public. Saying that I experienced no problems or rowdiness. So it is what it is.

Plus close to the airport.

Negative, run down but functional.

Oh I almost forgot the airport shuttle was broken but car hire is cheap and super efficient at IAH.

Most rooms are in Bad condition, don't clean rooms expect once a week, Noisy, beds feels like been ran over by 18 wheeler, No WiFi but advertise it, to use you have to use in office only. Room suppose to have microwave and small ice box but doesn't.

Room tip: See room First , I'd advise look further somewhere else
