“Nice nursery”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 May 2012

We were from Houston and visited here in March. The three of us ladies enjoyed all of the plants besides all of the roses. Lots of neat gift items too!

“Beautiful Display of Roses/Plants”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 March 2012

Had not been to the Emporium in about 15 years. My.......it has quadrupled and is quite interesting and beautiful to say the least. There are several types of plants to choose from as well as the wonderful rose selections. There are also gift houses with unusual finds. Everything is displayed in a terrific way. Helpful people there to guide you as well.

“Great garden ideas, nice place to wander”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 March 2012

The Antique Rose Emporium is first a nursery specializing in roses. But it is also a wonderful garden, full of great ideas. There are lots of little garden "rooms", making it fun to wander around and fantasize about how great your own garden would be if you just had the space, the time, the money, and the staff.

Looks like it would be a nice setting for a wedding - there is a country church, as well as a gazebo and a couple arched pathways that would be great for photos.

Great for photographing flowers and the little critters that like to live amoung them.

All the rose bushes are the same price, so feel free to load up!

“Beautiful roses makes you want to learn their history”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 March 2012

Many of these pioneer roses were found at old cemeteries or alongside country roads. Don't want to sound like an ad for the emporium but seeing Old Blush reminded me of my great, grandmother's garden.. So many roses that you can purchase. Just remember it can be very hot out there.

Loved the setting for the roses. Spend the morning and pick out plants to take home and create your own garden.
