I booked this hotel based on all those reviews showing 4plus experience, and that was my first time i visited Texas.
The hotel is good, breakfast is okay, location is also good as it has grocery stores, restaurants, and it's not too far from shopping plazas.
There were 2 concerns that havent been 'fixed' or even 'taken care of'.
1. Microwave oven wasnt working. I tried to make the popcorn and found it's not working properly, I called reception and was told to wait on the line for 5 minutes. Of course i didnt wait, and just told them when i got back to hotel.
2. High speed wired internet connection (as announced on room booklet and etc) wasnt working at all. So that slowspeed wifi connection was terrible, so i went to nearest BestBuy to get the Ethernet cable trying to set up speed internet, but it turned out that their wall switches are not working at all. Reception desk told that i was the first person that have ever asked about that wired internet spot.
So, hopefully the management will fix all those things..More
