pros: close to airport and local business park, shopping centre wihtin 5 min walking distance, large room, good breakfast coffee, bathrobe in room.
cons: room furniture dated and poorly maintained, bathroom shower was poor, gym was small and poorly equipped, swimming pool over chlorinated and poor maintained, breakfast selection average - hot breakfast was very poor, TV in sitting room area - not watchable from bedroom, loud openair disco nearby - loud music until 1am, noisy aircon, TV English speaking channels reception poor
service: average, no bathroom soap or shampoo on arrival, no newspaper available anywhere within hotel

Summary: not good value for the price, even at corporate rate

Room Tip: ground floor is probably best, at least you will have a terrace, but not sure of security around the...

I stayed in this hotel as it is conveniently located across from our Spanish offices.
The rooms are incredibly spacious, probably as big as my flat at home. Unfortunately this is the only positive thing I can mention.
The rooms have seen better days and are in dire need of some TLC...
The water temperature in the shower was beyond control so I had to jump for safety a few times when the water suddenly became boiling hot (I asked my colleagues and they all had the same problem).
The AC was out of order, making the room uncomfortably hot, even at night.
Breakfast was OK but the staff in the breakfast room was simply rude. I had eaten 2 pieces of melon and drunk a cup of coffee when the waiter just cleared my table, without asking if I had finished... everything was taken from the table, including my coffee cup and my napkin; making it very clear my presence was no longer wanted. Rude.

- Very noisy ventilation system [44 dB] all night long, the second night I asked the reception to turn it off but nothing happened.
- Moreover the hotel is located close to a nearby open air disco, so on Thursday I could enjoy the party from my room until 1am.
- Wifi not included, charged at € 15 / 24hours and complicated system to log in.
- Pool looks really nice on the hotel website but it was out of use and looked very dirty when I was here on 13-14/06/12
+ Room is spacious and comfortable.
==> conclusion: very poor value for € 172.8 per night

Room Tip: when staying in the summer, ask for a room at the other side of the open air discotheque

A long time ago someone built a beautiful hotel with top-notch fittings. Since then maintenance has been severely lacking and this once-lovely hotel is cracked, chipped and past its best. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are huge and have a separate bath and shower and the toilet is also separate. The bed is quite hard, but comfortable. The breakfast is adequate. However, all the marble floors are cracked, and gaps in the bathroom floor hurt my feet. Cigarette burns on the bedside cabinet were unslightly. There was a broken handle on the chest of drawers. The hairdryer in the bathroom is a model I last saw 10 years ago, and is also cracked and not properly functional. Service is patchy. When I arrived to check-in, a staff member made sure she finished a long conversation with the other staff member behind the desk whille I waited and before he attended to me. Service at breakfast was good. Unfortunately my room looked out onto the hideously green pool. I would not stay here again given the choice, but may have to as my company is just across the road.

A hotel in a business park outside of Madrid. When I stayed her I felt almost alone in the hotel. Almost a bit spooky. However the room was some sort of mini-suite and quite spacious and the bed offered good sleeping comfort. Rooom service was alright. There was a restaurant in conjunction with the hotel (possible access via hotel basement) hwre the food was good although somewhat pricy. Again I felt rather alone with only two other tables occupied in a rather big restaurant.

Finally it is so strange to not offer WiFi included in room rate in a hotel like this whick can not be an alternative to anyone not there for business.

Decent hotel in the business park of La Moraleja. Close to the Moraleja Green Shopping Center. Definitely not worthed unless you are going on a business trip to meetings close by. Average breakfast and service. The building is old and tired, although rooms are spacious and clean.

I was put in a suite that looked somewhat 70s, although very spacious. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere unless you have to be in one of the office buildings around it.
