I stayed for two nights, hotel is easy to find with plenty of parking. It is situated next door to a big shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and places to eat. Rooms wre well equipped, well maintained, comfy bed and good wifi signal. Staff were all very polite and happy. Breakfast was ok but on occasion was very busy!

Stayed here recently due to proximity to my company's plant and hotels in Madrid centro were sold out for a convention, but don't regret staying here. Yes, it's about a 20 minute taxi ride to the center and there's no public transit to speak of (they do offer free parking), but it's a clean, well-maintained property with excellent, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet and excellent wifi included in room rate. Keep in mind, on weekends it gets really packed with families visiting the Warner park. Right next to the Nassica shopping complex, which includes a bunch of outlets, restaurants, a movie theater, Carrefour. There's no in-room safe but I wasn't worried about my laptop/valuables. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay out there.
Clean and comfortable budget hotel located right next to a big outlet shopping centre but not close to any reasonable restaurants if you want some dinner.

Check in in staff ignored us for approximately 10 minutes while we stood at the desk. Young woman chatting with two children about access to internet games and much worse was the man who didn't take his eyes off the computer screen and then walked away. We felt invisible.
Breakfast room staff were very friendly and helpful.

About 15 km from centre of Madrid, close to motorway plus a massive shopping centre next to it, so no problems with parking, if you don't have to stay in the centre of Madrid this is a good budget hotel, small rooms but comfortable and clean
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for two nights. Check in was easy although the woman at the front desk was not very friendly but did speak English. Plenty of free parking on site. The room was ok and clean but the sofa looked VERY worn. There was a frosted glass wall between the bedroom and the bathroom which could be awkward if you are traveling with others. The bathroom had a very deep tub and a bidet. We could easily hear our neighbors but they weren't very loud. Breakfast selection was small and lousy, we walked over to the shopping center and got "Dunkin' Coffee" instead. Amazing location and felt very safe. Right next to a giant shopping center with restaurants, outlet shopping, and a Carrefour (like Walmart) with groceries. We went to two amusement parks, Parque De Attraciones and Parque Warner (like Six Flags) and this hotel was basically the center point between the two.
Although this is a basic budget hotel, it has two main advantages. The first is that it is part of a huge new retail and entertainment complex in the south of Madrid which offers good opportunities to spend the evenings. Secondly, the breakfast range is more than what you find in other HIE hotels in Europe. It also has a large free car park and decent free wifi.
