Owner description: The Dockyard Company LTD. A Bermuda company, has been in operation for over 16 years. We had simple beginnings as a small glass studio with a passion for the Arts. We have grown into a larger Studio, training apprentices in the Traditional Venetian Style Glassblowing of our Glass Maestros in Classic Blown and Hand-Worked collectibles. Soon after opening, The Dockyard Company Ltd; The Bermuda Rumcake Company, started producing locally made Rumcakes and also increased further support of other individual artists in different fields across Bermuda.

Very interesting to watch the glass blowers at work. They are incredibly talented. Beautiful items to purchase, if you are brave enough to transport them home. Rum cakes to taste and buy on other side of store. Must visit if in Port.

If you find yourself with some time to spend in the Dockyard area, don't miss this stop. Each time we have been here, the glassblowers have been working, and it is fascinating to watch. You'll also want to browse the pieces for sale as there is a great variety of beautiful pieces of art and jewelry. It is not air conditioned though, so you might not want to choose the hottest part of the day to visit.

The people here are very talented. They do some amazing work. We bought several pieces to bring back home. They accept cash and most credit cards. Hand blown items are reasonably priced as well. We really enjoyed it. When you are done. You can walk next door and buy wonderful Rum Cakes! It is a short walk from the dock if you arrived on a cruise ship.

Lovely art and jewelry pieces. You can watch the glassmakers at work and also sample/purchase rum cake.

I have been here on 3 separate occasions and each time is better than the last. Beautiful, unique works of art are created here.
