One night stay but very enjoyable. Veronique is an excellent host. B and B easy to find, excellent free parking right across the street. 15 minute walk to the centre of the town/restaurants. Room was a little unusual in that there was a small staircase to manage between bathroom and bedroom, but not a problem. Bathroom very modern, warm and well equipped. Breakfast was standard french chambre d'hotes, but good quality with some lovely home made preserves. Would definitely stay again if in St Omer.

We stayed only one night as they were all booked up and we arrived in the dark and rain in early November after a long journey. Veronique was very welcoming and showed us to our room before we dashed out for dinner. Our room was cold when we arrived but a quick text about this during dinner was all that was needed and we came back to a snug and warm bedroom.
Breakfast was fabulous and not to be rushed. Upon leaving I had a chat with our hostess and made a remark that we would love to come back if we could have a larger and softer bed. No sooner had I said it, then she invited me to "try out" the other beds as all the guests had checked out. We did and I picked a favorite room for our next stay which we have just booked. That to me is excellent and attentive service...well done Veronique and looking forward to our next stay.

Room Tip: The Mathurin room has very firm double sized ( not king) beds...not for everyone.

This charming B&B is everything promised in the previous reviews. Veronique is very welcoming and our room at the back overlooking the garden was furnished beautifully in classic French style. The bathroom was recently refurbished with a lovely freestanding bath. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have experienced in France. The yoghurt at breakfast is not to be missed. We shall certainly return when next in Northern France.

Nothing better than being snug and warm on a cold night especially after a good dinner at Chez Tante Fauvette and then back to this Chambres d'Hotel to a room with 2 double beds. Veronque is a welcoming hostess and provides all that is needed for a comfortable stay, a good breakfast the following morning and there is easy parking to the front. For us a happy return!!

We were drawn to this Guest House by Trip Advisor for a Long Weekend "pop over" to France. This is a comfortable and charming B&B. We were made to feel very welcome by Veronique and it proved to be a great location for exploring St Omer with it''s charms and numerous Resturants.

We have stayed in St Omer a few times as a convenient stopover near the Channel, usually at the Ibis Budget ( Etap), which is fine. This year we have stayed twice with Veronique, and what a real pleasure. Really I have little to add to the previous reviews but I must add my comments as Veronique went out of her way to make us comfortable. When you are a bit late and quite tired, what a difference that makes. Also it was good to find this side of town and to have her recommendations for restaurants. One night en route to a holiday or back home gives little time for searching, so it was great to just have a reservation made and simply arrive knowing the meal will be good.

We stayed at this property for just one night and would happily have stayed longer. The whole experience from arrival to departure was very good with a really nice welcome from Véronique the owner who was very helpful with information about St Omer

The bedroom was decorated in typical French style and was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with home made products

Ideally situated to walk into the centre of St Omer (10 minutes maximum)

We were able to park our motorcycles in the garage

Overall a really good experience and excellent value for money and would recommend this property
