I would like to share my experience in this hotel St Louis. We arrived yesterd afternoon to check in, where we disturbe the owner- wife,husband- in their lunch, so they really havent been pleasant. After check in, we were given something likegarden room, where the main door where straigt outside, wooden door so the room was very cold in Feb, thisroom shouldnt even be offered in the winter. After asking if there is another room, the owner told us that we had it over booking.com, therefore cheap and no other room availvble, while talking to husband french, she left and husband offered us another room, like it was huge deal, even i would rather take refund.
The room was ok but not the most clean mentioning the bathroom mainly. The parking is extra charge 10 euro, should be free for guessts. I found the customerservice terrible, not pleasant atmosphrere, while they were eating we ask if we could have lunch, she said the kitchen is closed... Just generlly not pleasant atmosphere and the room is not even cheapest for 62euros, the closeby ibis is more worth.
