“Excellent and good value”
Reviewed 30 August 2013

We had dinner at l'Hoirie and we really enjoyed this restaurant. The food is well prepared and presented. The portions are large for a gastronomic restaurant. The wine selection is also very nice. The service is friendly and efficient. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. The only downside is the unattractive location.

A very good address.

“Wow!”
Reviewed 2 May 2013

Was taken here for lunch by a supplier & all I can say is 'wow'!

We were shown to a table in a dining room at the rear of the restaurant which had lovely large windows letting in lots of light & maybe only a dozen tables. The room was a lot quieter than the main dining area which was great.

I was asked if I would like a menu in English by our waitress & as we were limited on time choose from the 'set' menu. There was a choice of a 3 course menu or a 4 course menu priced at 26 Euros & 32 Euros respectively.
I choose to have a 3 course menu which consisted of a smoked salmon starter, a fillet of hake & a half baked chocolate cake with vanilla icecream. The food was extremely tastey, superbly presented & of a very high quality. I can't fault it at all.
The service was excellent & an effort was made to try & explain dishes to me in english which I find a rareity in France!
Overall an excellent experience.

“Cuisines 4 seasons”
Reviewed 27 December 2011

Each season has its own menu made with the meat and vegetables of that season. Surprising, tasty, high quality, but not for everybody purse, about 100€ pp wine and apperitive included.
