Seems ok for younger kids (under 7) but the older kids doing silver, vermeil, gold would be better off elsewhere. Instructors don't bother with English, so difficult to learn/teach. When we complained - we were told to either put our child with the young kids in beginners if we wanted English spoken, or take our holidays in the UK (interesting advice). We bumped into some other English parents in the ESF centre trying to swap out of village des enfants with the same problem - no English, rude management, so it doesn't appear a one off. Our 6 year old had a good time - nice instructor. Our 9 and 10 year old hated it - being constantly shouted at in French by a grumpy instructor isn't really a great holiday experience. Clearly aimed at French kids and parents only.
