This is our 4th trip with Powder and Shine - 2nd time in Le Chamois and we were not disappointed. The Chalet Hosts George & Jess were fantastic - always on hand and very attentive. Chef Tom is a little star - his food was both delicious and filling after a great day riding in one of the best areas in France. Ski-in Ski-out with a little detour to La Ferme for a drink on the way back. Great snow! You really don't need anything more for a perfect week.

The owners - Steve and Fran - have got their chalets just perfect and we will definitely be back for more soon.

Thanks again to you all for another fab holiday
xx

The team at Le Chamois were AMAZING with our group of 22 (somewhat unruly) friends and family in the first week of January 2014. With a full breakfast each morning, a delicious cake after skiing, a quick dip in the hot tub before aperitifs and canapes at 7pm, and then a full 3 course meal - it was the most relaxing ski holiday most of us have had! Not only did the staff remember all of our names, they went above and beyond to help us out during the week. We'll definitely be back!

We have just spent the most amazing week at Le Chamois in Reberty 2000 over Christmas. We were 18 family members aged 3-83 and everyone had a fantastic time. The chalet is perfect: comfortable, tasteful, fun for kids (jacuzzi, sauna and kids room with dvd and wii) with charming staff to make you feel completely relaxed, welcome and at home. The food was delicious and Tom, our chef, an integral part of the fun, along with George and Jess who looked after us so well. The beds were comfortable and the seating area worked very well. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and were always cheerful. Location is brilliant, right next to ski school/private lesson meeting point on the piste, and also a lovely place to have a chocolat or vin chaud (on piste next to chalet) . It was not noisy, despite being next to La Ferme restaurant/ bar. Skiing area is vast and enough for everyone of all levels. We enjoyed the balcony looking over the slopes and kids ski school. We'll definitely be back as this one is hard to better! Thank you to everyone there.

being a true ski in ski out property (well almost so), its hard to beat. The location is ab fab, the chalet hosts are wonderful and the chalet is really great too. Rooms are smallish, but on a ski holiday, bearable. All have their own onsuite too. Reberty is a quiet village so if you are looking for happening night life, suggest look to go to a bigger village. Overall, a really great little chalet.

18 of us stayed over Christmas and were very well looked after. The location of the chalet on the slopes is perfect, in particular for the many beginners and children in the party. Although we were a big party the chalet seemed to house us quite comfortably. The bedrooms are typically French (small) but the living accommodation was more than adequate. The young team of three were very attentive and enthusiastic and the chef, Matt, excellent. Great value for money.

Chalet was good and so was the food. Location was very handy for the slopes and okay for après ski.

However, the downside was that shortly before our trip, the owners had, I think reduced the price, and taken a booking from 6 young snowboarders, all young blokes!

They weren't as bad as they could have been but the language was a bit 'choice' at times and they were prone to coming back in the early hours the worse for wear.

I know that unless they whole chalet is taken there is always a risk of this happening, but it would make me wary of booking here again.
