We tried dinner here while skiing. The food was quite standard but the atmosphere is good and the staff are extremely courteous. I had the steak and my dining partner a salad. Both were reasonably good dishes. I think the specialty here is definitely the mountain food (raclette, fondue) so I would try these if going back for dinner. During the daytime in good weather it's a great spot to sit outside for a drink or coffee. I had a burger once for lunch which was okay.

tartiflet - poor, meat - also. Didn't like.
Crepes - ok.
Coffee - poor.
Took raclete - was ok, fondue - so-so;
meat on stones was not bad.

dear Anna,
you had come 3 times in the restaurant during the week.
the first time, you booked a table for 54 adults and 8 children and we maked a menu at 25€ (with a kir, pierre chaude, raclette or fondue, a dessert, a glass of win, coffee and génépi), finally you were 68 persons and you didn't payed for extra person!
the other time, you told me when i came to see you, everything were ok.
and now you has written that the restaurant is not good.
today i don't understand.

Cheese dishes are a speciality and the Mont d`Or cheese baked in its box accompanied by charcuterie and potatoes was superb. Pleasant staff and good value.

The only spot where I could get a coffee to go in the morning (on my way home after placing the kid to the ski school). The coffee was good, and on my 4th (and last day) the barman gave it to me for free.

An ok restaurant with standard menu choices. Service can be slow, but they are very friendly! If you want to eat here on the Friday night of a week skiing, book a table in advance.
