We stayed in this hotel in August for five nights. We booked it with half board for a very reasonable price. As we arrived late, our room was already given out, so we were given the room in the main building without a balcony on a second floor. The room in the main building is very suitable because of the weather conditions, no matter wheter it rains or snows or it is freezing you can always come to the dinner in your sleepers. Not to mention there is a slope from other buldings in complex towards the restaurant. Anyway, the room was huge for European standards, with a nice view, little kitchenette in the closet and a nice sofa and club table with chairs. The bathroom was not the newest but fair. The best of all was the bed. Queen sized 2x2m. So I sleeped like a baby because of forest and altitute fresh air and quietness in the building.
Dinning room was quite big, but it pays when you come to breakfast or dinner earlier, when they start serving it. Otherweise many things run out at breakfast or the service becomes very slow by dinner. The food was good, no surpluses. The drinks can get a bit expensive.
All in all it was a very good hotel, the things that bother me were perhaps a bit slow service at dinner, not enough parking spaces if you arrived after 6 p.m. and a scent of chlorine in the lobby because of the pool.
There is to mention that there is a free wifi in the lobby and that the average guests are Germans usually older than 40 or families with young children.
