We went with our son his wife and 3year old granddaughter. We didn't know what to expect as we had never done all inclusive - what a great surprise. Cant wait to go again. The rooms were very spacious lovely and clean and what a bathroom- 2 showers and 2 washbasins. The food was very good - great choice and always topped up very quickly. Some people had said the food was only warm or cold but ours was always piping hot. They catered for everyone even the very fussy ones. Nothing was too much trouble for the waiters. The pools were fantastic- especially the pirate ship. Our granddaughter had a fantastic time as we all did. The reception staff couldn't do enough for us. Everyone very friendly. The entertainment staff worked so hard to cater for everyone. We went to the other 2 hotels just to look around but preferred the Village. We went on the shuttle bus twice and didn't have to wait long - they run very frequently. My daughter in law and me went to the Spa at the Polynesian hotel what an experience - loved every minute of it - all for 5 euros- great value. Looking forward to next year hopefully our other son and his wife and children can come with us - we will have a fantastic time - thanks first choice

Room Tip: When we arrived the reception staff said it would be better if we were not overlooking the pool and...

We went as two families with young girls & had a great time! There was so much to do for the children especially with them having a kids club full of activities. It meant us adults also got time to ourselves if we wanted. It was busy at the hotel but I can see why and there are lots of places to go within the resort. The downside was the food became repetitive as I'm a vegetarian but I could cope on salad/chips/pizza/pasta for a week. For what we paid I was very pleased with the resort & facilities for adults & kids. It was lovely & relaxing & I would love to go again next year. Also the evening entertainment for kids & adults was good especially the hypnotist! The service was good generally but a few times we had to wait for tables for breakfast & dinner. The room was spacious&comfortable.

Just got back from a weeks holiday On october 13th with 2 young children and also my mum and dad. After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried, however we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We requested a seaview room adjacent to my parents (Kids grandparents) and sure enough we were given two rooms together with a lovely view of the pool and sea. The rooms are spacious and really clean. We have stayed in a couple of holiday villages including Tenerife. Got to say this is the best holiday village in terms of the kids club entertainment and facilities. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day, much to the pleaseure of my wife. Food was as expected, staff were really friendly and great with the little ones. We went a week before the school holidays so it was probably not as manic as when the school holidays are on. Overall, great holiday definitely recommend it for young families!

Room Tip: We stayed in 536 and 537 top floor with a sea view and pool view and large balcony! brilliant rooms

Is it an excellent hotel compared to all others? No, but it does what it does very well. Reception staff were all welcoming and friendly, and efficient. Our room (we asked for, and got, a quiet one) could have used some updating, but was spotlessly clean. We had a bedroom larger than at home, and a nice lounge area and little kitchen. The bathroom was also bigger than our bedroom at home, and very clean, with both bath and shower. The light in there flickered all the time - it was fixed less than 1.5 hours after reporting it, I've waited longer than that for room service in a British hotel! The public areas are all spotless too - we saw cleaning crews working at 11.30 at night. With the exception of a surly woman in the top bar at the beach club, every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The evening entertainment isn't first-class, but was ok, but be warned, in many rooms you have no choice but to hear the entertainment until very late. The hotel pool is great (shame on those parents that didn't use swim nappies and caused closures every single day) and there were plenty of sun-beds available when we were there, but then it wasn't the school holidays. The beach club is good for older children. I don't like heights, and found the bridge across the road terrifying, and crossing the road is dangerous, so I only went there once.(The brochure pictures didn't make it clear to me you need to cross a road). I truly don't understand the reviews that say there's only burgers & pizza to eat. Even the pool-side bar had pasta and salad. This is mass catering, but its as good as cooking for 500+ people can be. Some guests deserve more criticism - you can go for more food anytime so why pile up a plate and then leave most of it? I had things like fruit and yogurt etc., for breakfast, baked fish, rice & salad for lunch and Spanish-style meat or chicken for dinner. There was a beautiful fruit table laid out at every meal, vegetables of all sorts, jacket potatoes, swordfish, bream, pasta, cooked-to-order omelets. Even soya milk. No reason not to eat healthily at every meal if that's your choice. I ate more healthily than at home! The included local drinks were all good, there's no real need to buy any,and there's plenty of non-alcoholic choice too. The holiday reps all worked hard, and there's not hard sell on excursions etc. The shop stocks the basics, and prices may be more than Tesco, but not a rip-off, especially if you buy local brands. Our family ranges from 64 years old to 6 years old, we all had a great time. Its not a posh hotel, but its an excellent mid-range hotel, ideal for a by-the-pool holiday and a great time was had by all.

Room Tip: In busy times you'll only get a quiet room if you ask when you book the holiday. The atrium desi...

3 children 2 adults, with a good deal from Thomson! Concerned about previous reviews, last choice of 3 hotels but here we went!
3 children 9,10,2 well looked after we could not if asked for anymore! The entertainment team are amazing (sorry for losing the cricket ball on my first shot)
Room ok, disappointed with the balcony that had a pool of water in the middle all holiday. Please be aware children can lock themselves in the bathroom ??? Thanks to the maintenance guy who came to the rescue !!
Pool area good with artificial grass which is a great idea!!
Beach club had drinks problems for the kids and only used twice! Good fun in the wave pool but be careful.
The food wasn't amazing 2 a la carte restaurants were very disappointing , we went to the Portugal one earlier this year which was amazing and we were completely spoilt! Have u every had egg and potato soup or hamburger curry??? I can eat anything but really struggled to come back with a plate full!!
Evening entertainment was really good, hats off to the team, we were really disappointed that the widgets didn't perform every night and our little girl didn't get to see shrek!!
We found the first choice reps really helpful and friendly however some of the Spanish barmaids took it on themselves to have conversations in Spanish laughing in your face every time you approached the bar # very rude!!
Best holiday for kids however the food lets it down. Please don't forget about mum and dad!!!
