“Santa Semana 2014”

Another visit for Mass on Easter Sunday this year confirmed it is a lovely little parish church. Well worth a visit in its own right for the atmosphere and the superb views from its surrounding courtyard.

“If you visit the old town, see the church and the nearby views”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 April 2014

Not a church that you would go out of your way to visit, but if you are already in the old town, you should make the effort to visit the church. I've seen a lot better churches (interior and exterior) but I've also seen a lot worse. There is a lift to the to the church from the road if the steps are a problem. Have a wander around the grounds for the good views across Benalmadena.

“Quaint”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 September 2013

Situated at a very high spot, there are lovely panoramic views, with seating to sit and enjoy the peace and tranquility. The walk to the church is lovely, or you can take the lift which will bring you to the Church level.

“A community church”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 September 2013

A lovely church - it only opens when there is a service on (7-8pm) midweek though which is a shame - we'd wondered whether it was open at all. It is a community church rather than a 'touristy' church and the altar is breathtaking in gold relief.

“Breathtaking”

Beautiful church, felt privilliged to be able to spend time in there. We went in the middle of the day and were the only people in there.
Stunning architecture.
