“Ideal for all seasons”

We booked this apartment as the balcony area was split into an outside area and a "glassed in" area - ideal for spring and autumn, both adequately furnished.
The complex was excellent with a lovely pool area, complete with a bar and restaurant. There is a large supermarket just outside the complex which we found very useful. A short walk takes you to the beach area with the usual mix of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. A longer walk(40 mins) takes you to a wonderful port area. A short, but uphill, walk gets you to the train station, from where you can visit many other resorts. The cable car station is also nearby - well worth a visit. The manager, Ann,is first class. The whole booking process, including airport transfer, was handled by Ann and husband Nigel very efficiently.
However beware the number of steps to the apartment and the hilly location. We are in our mid-seventies and managed OK but if you have walking difficulties this place is not for you.

“What a fab holiday we had and we are already looking forward to next year!!”

What can I say only "wow"!we are a family of 5 (15 yr girl and two boys 13 and 9 yr) and we are not long back from a 10 day stay here.we had an absolutely lovely holiday.from the moment we met Ann on arrival and walked through the front door we knew straight away that we had made a good choice. The appt is beautiful.so clean and spacious and no matter what we went looking for we found it in a drawer or unit!we visited the roof top pool on arrival which was really lovely but the next day we headed to the main pool in the complex and found it perfect for the kids as there was a lot going on to keep them entertained.water polo, water bingo ,archery etc.even the moms and dads joined in.we found the main pool a great asset as there is sams bar right next to it which had a pool table, dart board etc which was a welcomed relief for the boys in the mid day heat.(and gave me some "me time" to soak up some rays!!)it was a five minute walk to the beach which is lovely.and another five minutes in the other direction gets you to the train station where you can access so much.travelling with teenagers I was a bit apprehensive about how I would keep them entertained but it was never an issue.of course they were determined to have wifi as it would be the end of the world if they couldn't be in touch with the buddies!but we bought a €30 package for 3 devices for 7 days and although there was only one corner of the enclosed terrace that this could be accessed from it did the job (although it was funny to see them all literally sitting on top of each other in the one corner tapping away!!)all in all this appt was just great.cant fault it in any way whatsoever.we loved it and can't wait till next year comes around.Have to say the chilled water in the fridge on arrival was the best thing we have tasted in a while!just perfect when you've been in the go for a few hours. We miss the place so much already!Ann and Nigel ye do a great job!hope to meet again soon

“Amazing apartment”

My friend and I have been going to apartments on the Costa del Sol for a number of years and I can honestly say that this is the best apartment we have been to. It was exceptionally clean and really well equipped. The balcony is huge with comfortable sun loungers and gets the sun all afternoon. Anne and Nigel who look after the apartment met us on arrival and they were really helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We can't wait to go back again!

“Large, spacious apartment - but no wifi”
Reviewed 16 September 2015 for a stay in August 2015

This is our third stay in Pueblo Evita and we love the complex. There are two swimming pools, both with pool bars. This apartment is situated near the roof top one. The daytime & evening entertainment is centred around the main lower pool. The complex is 5 mins walk from a large supermarket and 10 mins walk from the beach where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The Clubhouse beside the main pool is also lovely to eat in and Sam's bar next door is great for a few drinks. I would caution visitors to this complex that it is on a steep hill with a lot of steps - so be wary for those with mobility concerns. There were over 80 steps to climb from the main pool to this apartment! Kept us fit!!

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days on this trip. The apartment itself is very clean and quite large. The main double bedroom is very large and ensuite. It has aircon so hang on to your €1 coins. You get about an hour for €1. The other twin bedroom has a closed-in balcony. The main balcony gets the sun all day, which is great, and a nice view out to sea. However a tip on this - there is a pipe from the balcony leans above over the centre of the balcony. It dripped dirty water constantly for the first couple of days. I reported to Ann (the property manager) who got the drip stopped. However every day when the apt above washed their floor we ended up with a dirty puddle on our balcony. So be careful where you put drying clothes/towels!

The living room and kitchen are a good size with plenty of extras. There was a bottle of water and wine in the fridge on arrival which is a lovely touch. What took from our stay a little (esp for our teenagers) was lack of wifi. There is free wifi in one block in the complex but reception refused to give us the access code as we were staying in a private apt. So I purchased wifi access from them (€30pw for 2 devices, I had to pay €50 for our 10 day stay). However even the paid wifi cannot be accessed from this apt so we could only use it by the lower pool.

The apartment is nice and very spacious and clean but, for our family, the combination of the balcony puddles and the lack of wifi mean we probably wouldn't choose this particular apartment again.
