We stayed at this hotel from the 13th Oct - 16th Oct,
when we arrived and had found a parking space on the road (this can be difficult at busy periods but they can be found a few mins walk away) we check into the hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived and we were shown to our roof after getting lost hah. we were also handed a notice that the hotel would be closing for winter at midday on the 16th so not to forget anything when leaving. When we got to our room we could hear the nights entertainment (a bad Katy Perry act wailing away) even though our room wasn't over looking the pool and faced away from all the noise it was still very audible in our room. The room we had was very very nice and had 2 large bed pushed together so our bed was like a supersuper kingsize :) rooms were very clean and of a good standard.
in the morning breakfast was a good selection and there is something for all tastes although as most brits know, foreign bacon is rubbish and fatty haha.
the next evening was very quiet at the hotel as lot of people had left throughout the day. We decided to go to The Paddock bar down the road. we orderd a basic meal each, with my wife ordering southern fried chicken and me ordering schnitzel (battered chicken) our meals arrived after 10 -15mins and looked ok, BUT my chicken was very dry and leathery in fact it would have been easier to have eaten one of my shoes!!! my wife's chicken wasn't too much better either! so the following night we went into salou for a simple pizza at a place called Gelateria Italiano all i can say is don't bother!!! was not warm, rubbery cheese and just awful (thank god we had a good breakfast!!!) (just to add im not really a fussy eater, but i do expect some slightly more reasonable food) and infact the best we had was actually a McDonalds in Reus on the way back to the airport!!
other than the food everything about the hotel and surrounding areas was really good and it wasn't at all how i expected it to be i expected more a a benidorm than anything and was pleasantly surprised!

so to sum up;
great hotel,
bit noisy in the evenings,
good buffet breakfast,
excellent service,
nice area and beaches.

Stayed here 8 th october .Good food,lots activities,very clean.good location,lovely beaches nearby.Only complaints children a bit noisey in pool area.Lots a children here was expecting them to be at school ! staff could of been a bit friendlier

Stayed in h10 Med 9th Sept to 16 Sept arrived 11 in the morning had to wait till 2 to check in bit of a pain just sat about had a drink till room ready.

Reception.
Didnt wait long to check in at 2 staff ok friendly enough.

Rooms
Had room 425 facing the pool lovely view ,beds were comfortable enough extra pillows and blankets if needed .
Free safe which you dont get to often in other hotels ,free fridge in the room also the maids kept the room clean and tidy the towels were changed 4 times the week we were there.

Food
Breakfast was plentiful with loads of choices there was something for everybody .dinner was fine as well again plenty variety usual sweats more than adequate .
The restaurant staff had the place done to a T never any food trays empty they were always on top of it dirty dishes were removed promptly nothing was to much bother to them.

Entertainment

If you have young children this is the place to go the entertainment staff were spot on with the young ones. They have the hotel mascot called Daisy who appeared every night at the mini disco between 9 and 10.They had adult shows after that they were ok the entertainment put a lot of effort into the shows 10 out of 10.

As other reviewers will tell you the buses and tourist trains stop right outside the hotel so if you want to go else where its easy enough to get about.

Summary

Lovely hotel staff very nice kept clean only drawback the drinks are to pricey very child friendly .Would stay in this hotel again If coming back to this area on holiday.
