This hotel was really good apart from not much choice of simple foods in buffet and also in the two week stay here our bed sheets weren't changed as after few days spilt chocolate on them and it remained on them for duration of stay, but excellent staff and night time entertainment great for young kids would definately go back here as near everything.

Just back from europa park with Husband and 6 year old granddaughter. Would recommend it for anyone with children as a good kids club operated but also good for older people' Good shows every evening and the food was good and varied but the dining room was crowded and noisy.Rooms were ok with 3 beds in but a bit crowded. Asked for a quiet room and it was. Not much English spoken but everyone seemed to manage ok and a lot of different nationalities were staying when we were there. All in all its a decent hotel and I am quite fussy. Would probably stay here again if we ever go back to the area.

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a weeks stay, half board, in the europa park hotel. We both found the food to be great, such a different selection of food each nite and we never got bored of it, there was something for everyone. Breakfast also had a great selection of food. The service in the hotel was first class. The only small matter i had was the smell of smoke in the room when we arrived, but after a few days of having the balcony door opened this disappeared. Rooms were cleaned everyday.

This hotel is in a very good location and has a spar shop rite next door which was very handy.

Portaventura is a must see, as is the Aquapolis water park. We would definately return to this hotel again.

The europa park offers good value for the price but for me is not quite a four star hotel!

Positives
Location - Only 5 minutes walk from the beach & some quiet rooms available
Rooms - Very functional with fridge, safe (no charge) & air conditioning
All experiences with staff were very good
Paid 50 euros anight for double room half board

Negatives
Rooms smallish, suggest that possibly the hotel used to be 3 star.
Food - While it was generally tasty the choice was very limited & meats did tend to be slightly fatty & cheap type meats
Fridge cost 3 euros a day to hire
Pool area very small

Overall not a bad experience for the amount paid but not quite a 4 star taking into account small pool & rooms & very limited food but suspect this is standard for the area.

I loved h10 europa park but the only thing I didn't like about it was the food. They didn,t have hardly any childrens food at all. At mealtimes the hall was akways crowded with people wanting to have there meal. At most meal times I had bread because there was hardly anything I liked. Apart from the food everything else was great. Great themepark down the road.
